PLEASE READ
DEPOSIT
A 20% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your service total.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Permanent Makeup appointments require at least 7 days’ notice to cancel or reschedule in order to retain the deposit. All other services require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule in order to retain the deposit.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after these deadlines will result in forfeiture of the deposit and/or applicable cancellation fee.
LATE ARRIVALS
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving late may shorten your service time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, your original deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.
NO-SHOWS
If you do not arrive for your appointment and do not provide notice, your appointment will be considered a no-show. The deposit may be forfeited, and you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Any outstanding no-show balance must be paid before booking another appointment.
